SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-9 business days (Monday through Friday).
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
*We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen weather conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The client has not received their hair within seven (9) full business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
- The client received the wrong hair, and it is verified that the mistake was made on our end.
To qualify for a refund due to a wrong order, the following conditions must be met:
- The hair must not be touched, opened, or installed.
- The blue hair holder must still be attached.
- The customer must provide photo proof showing the product, our original packaging, and the shipping label.
If you have not provided us proof about a wrong order after 24 hours after receiving your order you do not qualify for a refund
Hair must not be touched or tampered with!
If these conditions are not met, the item will not qualify for a refund.
*We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections (such as length, texture, or color), or shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Return Policy
If a customer received the wrong hair, but still wishes to receive the correct item, we will gladly exchange it once we have confirmation that the incorrect product is being returned.
To begin a return:
- The customer must send a photo of the incorrect hair showing that it is unopened with the blue holder intact.
- The customer must provide a valid tracking number showing that the wrong item is being shipped back to us.
- Once tracking is confirmed, we will process and ship out the correct hair immediately.
All returns must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the order.
We take pride in quality and accuracy. Every order is inspected and verified before shipping.
Our policies are in place to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.
